BOLLE
BOLLE est une marque de vins sans alcool fondée par Roberto Vanin, œnologue et chimiste originaire de Trévise, en Italie. Après plusieurs années de recherche, il a développé une méthode innovante de double fermentation, associant une désalcoolisation douce à une seconde fermentation pour apporter aux vins davantage de complexité aromatique, de texture et d'équilibre. À travers ses cuvées Blanc de Blancs, Chardonnay et Rosé Sparkling, BOLLE propose une nouvelle approche du vin sans alcool, alliant savoir-faire œnologique, innovation et plaisir de dégustation.
